This 65 year old patient sought subtle rejuvenation with Bellafill, a unique filler that provides natural looking results that last years instead of months.  We took a conservative approach, first injecting 2.4ccs of product.  On the right, 0.85 ccs were used to fill in her nasolabial fold (often referred to as “parenthesis”), 0.05ccs were used to fill in her oral commissures (often cooled “marionette lines”) and 0.55ccs were used to add volume to her cheek.  The left side of her face had less volume loss and to achieve balance, 0.6ccs of product were used in her nasolabial fold, 0.05ccs were used in her oral commissures and 0.3 ccs were added to her cheeks.  She waited 6 weeks before deciding she wanted more filler added to achieve the look she desired as seen in the after photo below.  0.4ccs were added to here right nasolabial fold and another 0.4ccs were added to her left.
