This is a 44-year-old gentleman who had successfully lost a significant amount of weight through diet and exercise.  After maintaining his goal weight, he sought to further improve his appearance and self confidence with excess skin removal surgery.  To achieve the results seen here, I performed a male breast reduction with free nipple grafts for gynecomastia, a panniculectomy, and liposuction of the upper abdomen, lateral chest, upper back and flanks.  Notice the attention to detail to ensure a natural appearance to his new figure with his array of extensive tattooing in mind.
