This hard working father of two desired body contouring surgery restore masculinity to his figure and to remove stubborn pockets of fat that seemed resistant to diet and exercise.  In the weeks leading up to his surgery, he lost 20 pounds in 40 days with our hCG weight-loss program.   At the time of his surgery, he had maintained this healthier weight for over a month.  Liposuction was performed which removed 1300ccs of volume from his abdomen. 300ccs of volume were removed from his mons pubis area.  On his flanks, 1050ccs of volume were removed on his right and 1250 ccs were removed from his left.  I then performed his tummy tuck during which 2.8 pounds of excess skin were removed.  His results are seen here in photos taken at his 1 year follow up visit.
