This 54-year-old patient sought a solution for her sagging chin and jowls. To restore her youthful firmness, we created a plan using FaceTite/AccuTite, Morpheus8, and liposuction—a minimally invasive combination offering significant facial rejuvenation and skin tightening without the scarring or incisions of a facelift.

Using small, discreet incisions in the submental area below the prejowl sulcus, we performed FaceTite with the AccuTite handpiece, delivering radiofrequency energy to the central neck and chin. Liposuction removed approximately 75 mL of excess fat from the chin and jowls. Finally, Morpheus8 was used to apply radiofrequency energy to the entire lower face and neck. She achieved long-lasting results, which are evident in her photos at the 3-month and 24-month follow-ups at my Houston office.
