Eyelid Surgery Case #82

This 46 year old patient came in for a consultation to discuss option to refresh her appearance and diminish her under eye bags that made her look older and more tired than she felt.  Working in Houston’s bustling energy industry, she found herself often being asked by colleagues if she had enough sleep or if she was upset about something.  During her consultation, we discussed surgical and non-surgical options.  Guided by an in-depth assessment of her goals, health history, and unique facial structure an individualized treatment plan was created.  She is shown 6 months after her lower lid blepharoplasty with lateral canthopexy.  2  syringes of Restylane were also added to her cheeks during the time of her surgery to further diminish the appearance of under eye shadows.
