Post-Weight Loss Breast Enhancement Before & After Case 649

This patient lost 80lbs with a gastric sleeve procedure and after maintaining her new healthy lifestyle, she came to see me at my Houston practice to put the finishing touches on her new, slimmer figure.  Her transformation consisted of two separate surgeries - first a breast lift with implants followed by an extended tummy tuck with liposuction performed approximately 2 years later.

To address her significant breast asymmetry, which had been present and bothersome since puberty, Sientra High-Strength Cohesive Gel Plus (HSC+) implants were used with a volume of 535 ccs on the right and 415ccs on the left in conjunction with her superior-pedicle mastopexy (aka breast lift). To address the common concern of "bra-bulge", I also performed liposuction along the lateral chest with 1400ccs of volume being removed.

To remove the excess skin that remained after her significant weight loss, I performed an extended abdominoplasty which extends beyond a traditional tummy tuck to address excess skin on the flanks and past the hips. 3173 grams (approximately 7 lbs) were removed in total.  Since her abdominal wall was in tact, and since she may plan to have children in the future, I did not plicate her abdominal muscles.  To complete this surgery, I performed vaser liposuction of the lateral abdomen and trunk to sculpt a feminine, hourglass figure.
