Post-Weight Loss Breast Enhancement Before & After Case 571

This 38 year old mother of 2 from the Cypress, Texas area was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts following, pregnancy, nursing, and a rapid 40lb weight loss.  She is seen here before and 3 months after surgery which included a superior-pedicle Mastopexy (lift) and Insertion of Durasorb Mesh to reinforce her thin attenuated skin to support her implants (this use of biological mesh is sometimes referred to as an "internal bra").  Natrelle Inspira smooth, round, full projecting implants were used with a 415cc implant augmented on the left and a 450cc implant on the right.
