Breast Implant Exchange and Revision Case #81

This 29 year old patient had breast augmentation with another surgeon and came to our Houston office after she had developed a right capsular contracture with superior displacement of the implant and a very loose capsule with medial traction rippling and a displaced implant that fell laterally on the left side.  During her consultation we reviewed the options of repair of the capsule and release of the capsules alone or with the use of Strattice to provide structural support and decrease the risk of capsular contracture recurrence and the patient desired the insertion of the Strattice.  Her new improved look was achieved using 450cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants and 9x18cm Strattice
