Breast Implant Exchange and Revision Case #73

This patient came to us to revise a breast augmentation performed 2 years prior by a different surgeon.  During her first surgery, she went from a B-cup to a D-cup via 425cc saline implants.  She opted for a revision wanting a smaller and more natural feeling implant.  Her saline implants were exchanged for smaller smooth, round, high profile gel implants, bringing her to a more balanced and natural looking C cup.  Her procedure was combined with a lift to create a more youthful and perky position to her breasts.
