This patient is seen in her before photo 39 years after her primary breast augmentation.  Her breast had since undergone changes and came to see me for a breast lift with re-augmentation.  Durasorb mesh was used to reinforce her skin to help support her new implants (Natrelle smooth, round, 365cc implants) .  Her results are seen here before and 6 weeks after surgery.
