Removal of intact saline implants with insertion of silicone gel implants, revision mastopexy, and capsulorrhaphy.

This is a 53 year old patient who had breast augmentation in her 20s and then subsequent to that, approximately 7-10 years ago she had an implant exchange and mastopexy.  The patient felt that her implants were too large and too laterally displaced.  Capsulorrhaphies were performed laterally and her 500cc saline implants were removed.  To achieve the results seen here, Natrelle smooth round full cohesive implants with a volume of 415ccs were used combined with a breast lift to ensure proper and youthful positioning of the new smaller implants.  She is seen here before and 3 months after surgery.
