Exchange of Saline Implants for Natrelle 410 Shaped Implants

This 57-year old patient is seen here before and 3 months after surgery.  She had developed a capsular contracture after a primary Breast Augmentation with Saline implants.  She is delighted with the improved look and feel achieved with an exchange for anatomically-shaped Natrelle 410 implants which appear much more natural on her slim athletic frame.
