Breast Implant Exchange and Revision Case #205

This is a 44 year old female who prior to her surgery with me, had undergone multiple breast surgeries, the first of which used very large 800cc saline implants placed above the muscle.  She had since undergone additional procedures, combining mastopexies with smaller implants to achieve a more natural look for her frame.  However, as seen in her before photos, prior to surgery with me, her implants had “bottomed-out” causing her dissatisfaction with the unnatural location of her nipples and the lack of upper-pole fullness.  To correct this issue and prevent malpositioning from occurring again, I used Strattice to support the position of her new smaller Natrelle Inspira textured implants.

*As noted in the last set of photos, she came back in years later seeking to exchange her textured silicone implants for smooth saline implants. Galaflex mesh was used to optimize results from this subsequent revision.
