This is a 44 year old patient who desired a secondary breast augmentation. Her right implant had fallen out of the pocket and was lower on her chest wall when compared to her left breast. She had also undergone four pregnancies and weight fluctuations after her original augmentation and 20 years later she desired to have her saline implants replaced with slightly larger Natrelle Gel 410 shaped implants
