Breast Reduction Before & After Case 686

This 58 year old patient is seen here before and 12 weeks after a breast reduction with liposuction of the braline. Her goals for surgery were to go from a 38DDD to a C-Cup to help alleviate joint issues and neck and back pain while still being proportionate to her 5'10, 217 lb frame.  Aesthetically, she desired a more youthful shape and position of the breast and to target the dreaded "bra bulge", and area that is notoriously resistant to diet and exercise.  To achieve these goals , I performed a superior medial breast reduction removing 458 grams of tissue were removed from the right breast 513 grams from the left. Along her braline, a total of 925 cc of lipoaspirate was removed from the right, 925 cc of lipoaspirate from the left side.
