This patient desired smaller, perkier breasts.  Prior to surgery, she was a 34G cup and desired to be a C cup.  She is seen in these photos before and 5 weeks after a superior medial pedicle breast reduction.  353 grams of excess skin and tissue were removed from the right breast and 506 grams were removed from the left to address pre-operative asymmetry.
