This 66-year old woman traveled to see me to achieve her goals for smaller, perkier, more symmetrical breasts.  She is seen these photos before and after a superomedial pedicle breast reduction.  352 grams of tissue were removed from the right breast and 262grams form the left to address pre-operative asymmetry and desired cup size.
