This 31 year-old patient desired smaller breasts.  Her large, heavy breasts were making it difficult to lift weights and do cardio which she did 5-6 times per week. 

She is seen here before and 5 weeks after an inferior pedicle breast reduction.  GalaFLEX mesh was used for increased soft tissue support during her recovery (sometimes referred to as an "internal bra")
