This patient 5'6, 200 lb patient from Humble, TX came to see me for a breast reduction.  Her large heavy breasts made it difficult to exercise or feel confident and comfortable in most clothing. She is seen here before and after inferior pedicle breast reduction.  1163 grams (approx 2.56 lbs) of excess skin and tissue were removed from the left breast and 1322 grams (approx 2.8 lbs)of excess skin and tissue were removed from the right breast.
