This lovely patient is seen here before and 7 weeks after an inferior pedicle breast reduction.  650 grams (approx 1.4lbs) of breast tissue were removed from the right breast and an additional 804 grams (approx 1.8 lbs) were removed from the left to account for per-operative asymmetry.  Brijjit devices were used to proactively minimize scarring.  Her new smaller breasts are both aesthetically pleasing and they make physical activities such as running far more comfortable.
