Breast Reduction Case #52

This 38 year-old female came to see me for a bilateral breast reduction.  For years, she had been suffering from neck pain, back pain, and shoulder pain and she was not pleased with the cosmetic appearance of her breasts. Her bra size before surgery was a 34DDD. After surgery, she is wearing a 34C. During her bilateral breast reduction, I was able to remove 450 grams of tissue from her right breast and 420 grams from her left breast.

She did exceptionally well and was released home the very same day to recover. Her after photos are at six months post-op, so you can see that there is still some redness at her scars, but with time, these will fade and flatten.
