This teacher from Cypress, Texas came to see me for a breast reduction.  She felt her breasts were too large and too heavy for her frame.  She is seen in these photos before and 6 weeks after a Superomedial Pedicle breast reduction.  This reduction technique allowed be to add some upper pole fullness to her breasts by repositioning her own natural breast tissue.

444g of excess skin and tissue were removed from her right breast and an additional 447 gs were removed from left (approx 2lbs in total)
