Breast Reduction Case #315

This is a 47 year old patient who desired a breast lift and tummy tuck.  When discussing options for her abdominoplasty, she opted out of muscle plication due to the added discomfort involved during her post-operative recovery.  As seen in these photos, we were still able to achieve a significant improvement in the appearance of her midsection after removing 2409 grams (5.31 lbs) of excess skin and tissue before moving on to her breasts.  A total of 930 grams (2.05 lbs) of excess skin was then removed from her right breast and additional 880 grams  (1.94 lbs) were removed from the left.
