Breast Lift Before & After Case 702

At 5'5" and 175 lbs, this 73-year-old patient came to me, Dr. Camille Cash, desiring a breast lift with a slight reduction to go from a D cup to a B/C cup. She also wished to improve symmetry, noting that her left breast was larger than the right.

Following a comprehensive examination, we decided on a superior pedicle mastopexy and reduction mastopexy with a Ruth Graf auto-augmentation. This technique repositions natural breast tissue to achieve upper pole fullness without implants. The patient had some lateral fullness in the upper aspect of the breasts and the axilla (armpits). Liposuction was carried out to achieve the desired fat reduction. A total of 50 cc of lipoaspirate was removed from each side. The weight of the tissue removed was 66 grams from the right breast and 129 grams from the left breast to achieve her goal of better symmetry.
