This mom of 2 came to see me to discuss options for breast enhancement. Her bra size at the time of her consultation was a 34 DDD. She wanted her breast lifted but did not have a specific goal cup size. 

She is seen here before and 5 weeks after surgery. I performed a superior pedicle mastopexy (lift) with a Ruth Graf autoaugmentation.  This technique allows me to convert breast tissue from the lower portion of her breast to a higher, more youthful position.
