Breast Lift Before & After Case 624

This patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts.  She is seen here before and 8 months after a superior pedicle mastopexy with autoaugmentation using a Ruth Graf flap (enhanced mastopexy/lift to create upper pole fullness).  Prior to this procedure, I performed a tummy tuck with liposuction and fat grafting, the results of which can be seen here.  The weight of the resected tissue was 197 grams from the right breast and 233 grams from the left breast.
