This 50 year old mom of twins was unhappy with the "deflated appearance of her breasts".  Her goal was to achieve perkier and more symmetrical breasts without the use of an implant.

She is seen here before and after an autoaugmentation breast lift.  This technique adds fullness to the upper portion of the breasts by repositioning one's own natural breast tissue and securing it in place with a "sling" fashioned out of the pectoralis muscle, referred to as a Ruth Graf Flap.
