This mom from Houston initially came to see me to discuss breast reduction but after losing weight, and noticing that her breasts had lost volume, she returned for a second consult to discuss a breast lift instead.  Her goal was to keep as much of her remaining breast tissue as possible but to restore a more youthful uplifted position to her breast.  

She is seen here before and 6 weeks after Breast Lift Surgery with auto-augmentation (aka enhanced mastopexy).  This technique involves repositioning one's own breast tissue to the upper pole of the breast to create a beautiful full shape.
