Breast Lift Case #326

This patient is seen here before and 1 year after a superior-pedicle breast lift.  The benefit of the superior-pedicle technique is it creates and/or maintains upper-pole fullness and breast projection.  However; it's important for patients to understand that this technique carries a greater risk of loss in nipple sensation. For this patient, it was a tradeoff she was willing to accept but fortunately she reported no loss in sensitivity.
