This is a 40 year old mother of 2 who was dissatisfied with her figure following pregnancies, nursing, and having lost 60 pounds through diet and exercise.  To achieve the results seen here, I performed a tummy tuck, liposuction, as well as a breast lift with autoaugmentation.  This technique (sometimes referred to as an “enhanced mastopexy”) involved releasing a “flap” or section of the patient’s own breast tissue from the lower portion of her breast, followed by a repositioning in the upper portion of the breast. The “flap” is passed beneath a small strip of the pectoralis or chest wall muscle to stabilize or hold it in place.
