This happily married mother of 2 was able to successfully lose all of her pregnancy weight, but was dissatisfied with the effects of childbirth and breastfeeding on the appearance of her body.  As a working mother, recovery time was an important factor in planning her surgery.  We discussed the pros and cons of combining surgical procedures vs having individual surgeries for her breasts and abdomen. During her mommy makeover consultation at my Houston practice as well as at her pre-operative appointment, we discussed the accommodations to make to ensure her family’s needs were met so she could take the needed downtime to properly recover from her mommy makeover which was comprised of a tummy tuck and bilateral breast lift.
