Breast Lift with Implants Case #56

This patient is a 46 year old female from Magnolia, Texas. She visited my office after a substantial weight loss of 100 lbs. following the Lap Band placement. The patient was seeking a refreshed look through cosmetic surgical procedures. After discussing options, we decided on a bi-lateral augmentation or breast implants with a mastopexy or breast lift.

A mastopexy was performed with Naturale implants.The patient had some degree of asymmetry preoperatively and therfore I used two different sized implants. I used a 550cc Moderate Profile Silicone Gel Implant on the right breast and a 500cc implant on the left breast. Post operativley, Embrace Scar Therapy was used to aid in the healing of the incisions. Two months later the patient had healed well and was very happy with her results. She and her husband went on a one month international trip.
