This 42 year old woman desired a breast lift with implants to restore a more natural and youthful position to her breasts which had lost volume and taken on a sagging appearance following childbirth, nursing, and aging. Natrelle textured round Inspira implants with a volume of 385ccs were used to achieve the results seen here 6 months after surgery.
