Breast Lift with Implants Case #140

This patient came to see me after having lost 100 pounds in a short 2 year span with diet and exercise alone.  While proud of her new healthier body (5’7, 155 pounds), she desired a breast lift with implants to achieve a breast size and shape to complement her slimmer figure.

To achieve the results seen here, 450cc high profile silicone implants were  used to add fullness to the upper portion of her breasts.  I also performed a breast lift during surgery to ensure the youthful and symmetrical positioning seen in these photos taken at her 1 year follow up visit.
