Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 565

This is a 37-year-old mother of 4 came to see me after having had multiple breast surgeries over the course of 2 decades.  Her past surgeries included a primary breast augmentation, an implant exchange with a breast lift 1 year later, and then 14 years later had a secondary breast implant exchange with a revision mastopexy. 

She is seen in her before photos 6 years after those surgeries, performed by other surgeons.  To achieve these results seen in her after photos, I explanted her implants and performed a revision mastopexy (breast lift) with insertion of Galaflex to add support to her own natural breast tissue. Galaflex is a biological mesh, sometimes referred to as an "Internal Bra".
