Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 507

This is a 57-year-old woman who first had a breast augmentation at age 25.  Though she was initially happy with her results, she experienced significant changes following the births of her 2 children.  Years later she went on to have 2 revision surgeries but was never fully happy with the results. She came to see me at my office in Houston, TX to discuss removing and replacing her implants or explanting them all together.  She opted to have her implants removed with a breast lift.  She is seen here before and 7 weeks after the removal of her 350cc implants with a capsulectomy and mastopexy.
