Implant removal + Capsulectomy + Lift #409

This patient came to me at my Houston office after having undergone a breast procedure by another surgeon about 10 years prior.  She reports having requested to be a full C-cup but woke up with size double D breasts.

She is seen in these photos before 11 weeks after I performed explant surgery.  Her procedure began with the removal of 350cc saline implants, overfilled to 550ccs and a partial capsulectomy.  I used an auto-augmentation technique to convert her own tissue into upper-pole fullness (enhanced-mastopexy) to complete her makeover.
