This 5’9”, 130 lb patient sought a breast augmentation to achieve a fuller, natural-looking bust. She currently wears a 32/34B bra and desired an increase to a full C cup, feeling that a D cup might be too large for her athletic frame. As an active individual, maintaining a proportionate frame was of utmost importance to her, especially considering her plans for future motherhood.

For this patient, a subpectoral pocket was meticulously created to accommodate Natrelle Inspira smooth, round, soft-touch 265 cc full-profile implants, which provide a natural look and feel. Due to mild glandular ptosis on the left side, a dual-plane dissection was performed up to the nipple-areolar complex to achieve symmetry and optimal contours. Her commitment to maintaining a healthy, stable weight greatly supported her post-surgical outcomes.
