Every patient has unique goals for their breast augmentation and as a top board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston, TX, I love tailoring each surgery I perform to achieve my patients' desired results.

Rather than a modest increase in breast size and fullness, this 34 year old mom of 3 wanted results that were very noticeable vs natural-looking. We reviewed goal pictures and the tradeoffs involved with large oversized implants. She had a very clear-picture of what she had in mind. I explained that I could use a 770cc silicone gel implant but that is the biggest size available and based on the patient's desired results, she would need a larger volume and the implant would need to be saline. Though saline implants have a draw back of being less natural-feeling, size was a bigger priority. She is seen here before and 6 weeks after surgery with subpectoral placement of her implants.  To account for pre-operative asymmetry, on her left breast I used an 800cc saline implant, filled to  980ccs and on the right I used an 800cc saline implant filled to 1000ccs.
