This 36-year-old mother of 2 was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts.  She breast-fed her 2 children and desired a breast augmentation to give her some upper pole fullness but did not want to have a obvious step-off in the upper pole.  She wanted to have cleavage but did not her breast to be too large or too heavy for her 5'5 145 lb frame.  She states that she does not have much of a fold beneath her breasts and that she would like to not have to wear a bra in the future.
