This patient came to see me to discuss a modest breast augmentation.  She reports having wanted larger breasts since age 15 and hoped to finally be able to feel confident without wearing a padded bra.  At 5'2, 109 lbs, she wanted results that would feminize and flatter her frame but not overwhelm it. She had scoliosis which contributed to some her breast asymmetry so this was addressed by using two different sized implants.  Natrelle Inspira smooth, round, full projecting implants were used with a volume of 345cc on the left and 295 ccs on the right.
