Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 537

This 27 year old woman from Houston, TX desired larger breasts that would flatter and feminize - but not overwhelm - her slim figure (5'9, 136 lbs).  During her consultation we discussed the pros and cons of different implant types and the benefits and risks of surgery including an increased risk for capsular contracture due to her nipple piercings and sternum piercings.  I was able to help minimize this risk by using the Keller Funnel technique which I use for all breast augmentations with silicone implants.  She is seen here before and 12 weeks after breast augmentation with Natrelle Inspira smooth, round, SoftTouch, full projecting 325cc implants and is very happy with her results and overall experience.
