Breast Augmentation Case #48

This patient is a 48 year old woman from the Galleria area in Houston. As a mother of one, breastfeeding left her breasts at a bra size of 32 B, and the patient desired to be a full C-cup. She came to my downtown office and requested saline filled implants. Since her frame was small, the skin of her chest wall was thin, and the fact that she had a wide space between her breasts, she was advised of the potential for rippling and a continued spacing between her breasts after the procedure.

During her surgery in my downtown Houston office, I placed in smooth round saline implants, She is shown in the picture after 6 months post surgery with fuller breasts as desired. She still has the same space between her breasts that she had preoperatively but has experienced no rippling from her saline implants.
