This patient desired fuller, more perky breasts but wanted to avoid adding a breast lift to her surgical plan in order to preserve her ability to breast feed in the future and to avoid the incisions and scars of a mastopexy.

Natrelle smooth round cohesive moderate profile implants were used to address pre-operative asymmetry, with a 360cc implant use on the right side and a 310cc implant on the left.
