Breast Augmentation Case #45

This is a 20 year old single mother from the Galveston area who was interested in a breast augmentation. She had breastfed her three year old son for a total six months after he was born. Her breast had lost their volume and had developed a droopy appearance. She was in excellent physical condition and recently lost 5 lbs when she was first seen in consultation. She was unsure of her pre-operative cup size and was also unsure exactly how large she wanted to be after surgery.

After reviewing before and after photos and trying on implants in the office with our patient care coordinator, the patient decided that she wanted to be a full C cup after surgery. She had 450cc smooth round high profile silicone gel filled implants placed beneath the pectoralis muscle through an incision in the crease of her breasts.

She is shown two months post-op and was very pleased with her post-operative appearance.
