Case Details
This 5'4, 142 lb mom desired larger and fuller breasts to compliment her figure. She stressed that she wanted very natural-looking results. Though she had involutional ptosis ("sagging") of the breasts following pregnancy and breast feeding, she did not want the incisions or scars involved with a breast lift. She is seen here before and 9 months after her breast augmentation. To address her asymmetry, a 525cc implant was used on the right and a 470cc implant was used on the left with subpectoral placement.
