Breast augmentation with smooth round saline implants

This statuesque patient desired large implants to complement her figure.  She presented with a wide base width (15cm) and desired a very full profile so saline implants were selected in order to add volume beyond 800 ccs to achieve her desired outcome.  To attain symmetry, the right implant was overfilled to 900ccs and the left to 850ccs with a subpectoral placement.  She is seen here before and 7 weeks after surgery and again 7 months after surgery.
