Dual-Plane Breast Augmentation

This patient is seen here before and 5 weeks after a breast augmentation with Sientra 440cc round high projecting silicone implants.  As seen in her before photo, she presented with some glandular ptosis (sagging) but wanted to avoid the incisions and scarring of a mastopexy.  Therefore, a dual-plane dissection was carried out in the central lower aspect of the breast to release the breast tissue and allow the implant to slide a little bit more anteriorly into the soft tissue pocket.
