At 5’3 and 122 pounds, this 33 year old patient felt that while her figure was trim, she disliked her proportions and described herself as never having felt “Sexy”.  1 year after the birth of her child, she set up a consultation to take the next steps in achieving the body she had long desired. 

To achieve the results seen here, smooth, round, 325ml high-profile silicone gel-filled implants were inserted using keller funnel and atraumatic technique.  This brought her breasts to a 32c which fit her small frame beautifully.  She is seen here 3 weeks after her surgery and reports the upper pole swelling has decreased and that her breasts look and feel more natural than she ever could have imagined. 

To complete her “mommy makeover”, I created the sculpted feminine curves she wanted by performing liposuction on her upper and lower abdomen as well as her left and right flanks.  A total of 2575 ccs of fat were removed during this procedure.  During our consultation, we discussed the benefits of adding a tummy tuck since liposuction alone would still leave behind the excess skin around her mid-section which had developed over the course of pregnancies and weight loss.  However, with a clear understanding of the results we could achieve, she ultimately decided not to have tummy tuck on account of not being certain whether or not she might want to have another child in the future.
