Breast Augmentation Case #258

This is a 28-year-old woman from Houston who came in for a consultation to discuss breast augmentation and other options available to achieve the figure she desired. Dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts, this patient's goals were to have them larger and younger-appearing.  During the same surgery, she desired liposuction to remove stubborn pockets of fat that were resistant to efforts of diet and exercise. To give this patient the improvements she wanted with a single surgery and recovery period, Dr. Cash performed a mommy makeover that included breast augmentation and liposuction.

As seen in her before photo, the patient's right breast was larger than her left so to improve symmetry, Dr. Cash used different size implants.  Smooth, round, high-profile gel implants were used, size 275cc on her right breast, and a 325 sized implant was used to enhance her left breast.

Dr. Cash used liposuction to remove a total of 1775ml (3.91 pounds) of fat from this patient's hips, flanks, and lower abdomen.  As seen in her after photos, her figure was transformed with the addition of feminine curves and more aesthetically desirable proportions. The first photo shows her results 3 weeks after surgery and the additional views show her results 6 months after surgery.
